Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Glow. By creating an account you're agreeing to them, so they're written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Glow is operated by Ethan Ellis. Questions: hello@findyourglow.app

Who can use Glow

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you're confirming that you are, and that the information you give us during setup is accurate. Accurate information matters here — your plan is calculated from it.

What Glow is

Glow builds personalized workout, meal, skincare, and style plans based on what you tell us about yourself, and adapts them as you log progress and complete check-ins. It's a wellness and fitness tool.

What Glow is not

Glow is not a doctor, and nothing in the app is medical advice. The plans, calorie targets, exercises, supplement or skincare suggestions, and any information about your menstrual cycle are general wellness guidance — not diagnosis, treatment, or a medical opinion about your body.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, have an eating disorder or a history of one, have a heart condition, an injury, a chronic illness, or take medication. If something hurts, stop. If something is wrong, see a doctor — don't wait for your next check-in.

Glow is not a substitute for medical care, and using it doesn't create any kind of provider relationship between us.

Allergies and dietary needs

Glow tries hard to keep ingredients you've told us to avoid out of your meal plans, and checks every generated plan against your restrictions. But recipes change, manufacturers reformulate products, and cross-contamination happens in real kitchens. If you have a serious allergy, check labels yourself every time. Don't rely on the app alone.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure. One account per person. Don't share it, don't sell it, and don't let someone else use it as their own.

Subscriptions and payment

Glow starts with a free trial. When the trial ends, continuing to use the app requires a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway — we'd rather hear about it.

Using Glow reasonably

Don't do things that break the app or harm other people. Specifically: don't try to access anyone else's account or data, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, don't use automated tools to hammer our systems, and don't resell or redistribute the content Glow generates for you.

We may limit how often certain features can be used in a day. This is to keep the service running for everyone, not to get in your way — normal use will never hit those limits.

Content and ownership

The app, its design, and the plans it generates belong to Glow. Your personal plans are yours to use for yourself.

What you put into Glow — your logs, photos, and preferences — stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of running the app and building your plans, as described in our Privacy Policy, and nothing beyond that.

Availability

We aim to keep Glow running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and we may add or remove things as the app develops.

Disclaimers and liability

Glow is provided as-is. We don't guarantee any particular result — weight, strength, appearance, or otherwise. Results depend on many things we don't control, most of them about you and your life rather than the app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Glow. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is being used to harm the service or other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't remove protections you're entitled to under the laws of the place you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Glow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
